Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Handling Fees (if applicable)
All items are refundable. A 10% handling fee will be charged on orders over £150.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once your return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.

EU 14 Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
